What We Specialize In

Allure Total Management (Allure TM) is a property and community management company that specializes in homeowners' associations (HOAs) and condominium management.  We manage community associations in all of San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties.  Our HOA management portfolio includes homeowners' associations (HOAs), condominium associations, luxury high-rises and large master-planned communities.  

Package 1: Full Management Services

Full Management Package Includes:


Allure TM is your logical choice for community associations.  Allure TM will preserve and enhance your community values while protecting your Association's financial resources. The last thing the Board of Directors should be concerned with is the quality of your management team.  When you work with Allure Total Management, you can put those worries to rest.

 

Allure TM has managed thousands of multifamily housing units with the skill, experience, and customer service it takes to meet the expectations of owners and residents.

 

Financial Services

  • We provide cloud access for Board members and a member portal for each association at no charge, where all accounting information is accessible at anytime.
  • Each invoice is screened for accuracy by at least two board members (The Board as a whole can view at anytime) before payment is made, or as directed by the Board.  Before submitting to the Board, Allure TM will review and approve the invoices.  
  • Separate Checking Accounts.
  • Only the Board of Directors can access the Reserve Accounts. In addition, Allure TM will constantly track all financial institutions for the highest yield on insured accounts for Reserves.
  • All reserve accounts are monitored for compliance with the FDIC insurance limits.
  • Provide monthly delinquency reports and comprehensive collection activity that is provided in "real time".
  • Furnish comprehensive monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors, with tools to allow know exactly how much the Board can spend on community improvement.
  • Adhere to a strict 3-bid system.
  • To assist the Board of Directors, Allure TM will draft an annual budget and assist in the final preparation.
  • E-Statement and Monthly Billing Statements

  • Comprehensive bid and vendor contract packages designed with the ultimate protection and best value for the Association.
  • Community Manager available 365 days a year.
  • Monthly board meeting attendance by community manager.
  • Coordinate Association Annual Meetings.
  • Monthly property inspection with community manager.
  • Warning letters and formal complaint administration provided.
  • Association filing retention system provided.
  • Key and parking permit coordination.
