Vacation Rental Payments

A deposit must be received to hold your reservation. Until this amount has been received, your dates are not confirmed.

 

The deposit amount is $500.00, and is fully refundable after your departure, provided there has been no damage and there are no items missing from the home. 

 

To make your deposit, please visit Paylease. Fill in the information for First Time Users (you will receive the unit number after confirmation the dates you have requested are available), and be sure to reference the property Starling LLC from the drop-down when prompted.

 

Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation will be emailed to you, and a copy of the contract provided. Please be sure to return this contract signed prior to the balance of your payment being sent. The balance of the amount for the vacation rental must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.

 

The day prior to your arrival, an email will be sent to you with the keyless entry codes to enter the home. Once you have arrived, a garage door opener and key will be available in the home for your use during your stay. 

 

(These codes, the locks and garage opening codes are changed after each rental for your safety)

 

After your departure, your deposit will be returned in the same manner provided through Paylease within 14 days.
